3 large chicken breasts cut into equal halves
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
3 cups of shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4th teaspoon of garlic powder
½ cup of water

  2. Cut the breasts into thin strips.
  3. In a cooking pan, add oil and heat it on medium flame.

  5. Add shredded cabbage to the pot and saut√© for 5 to 10 minutes or until cabbage becomes tender.
  6. Add water, cornstarch, soy sauce and seasonings to the mixture. Stir well and cook until they become tender and smooth.
