The tomato based sauce with spaghetti is a perfect addition to the main course. Preparation of the dish is easy and affordable.

Ingredients:
1 box of spaghetti
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
½ cup of diced pancetta
400 gms of plum tomato finely chopped
1 cup of pecorino cheese grated
2 tablespoons of fresh marjoram chopped

Ingredients:
1 box of spaghetti
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
½ cup of diced pancetta
400 gms of plum tomato finely chopped
1 cup of pecorino cheese grated
2 tablespoons of fresh marjoram chopped
Method:
- In a large cooking pot, bring fresh water to boil.
- Add olive oil in a saucepan and heat on medium flame. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until it turns to golden brown color.
- Add pancetta and continue to cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti in another bowl. Follow the instructions provided in the box.
- Drain the water and add the spaghetti to the sauce.
- Add cheese and marjoram before serving.
