Mango Mousse

The mango mousse is a simple recipe and a perfect dessert after a meal. The essence of ripe mangoes and fresh cream is perfect for a season filled with warmth.

Two large mangoes
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half cup of pure icing sugar
1 tablespoon of gelatin
¼ cup of hot water
300 ML thickened cream, whipped


  1. Wash, peel and chop mangoes into fine pieces.
  2. Blend the mango pieces along with icing sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass bowl.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
  5. Mix the gelatin solution into the mango mixture. Mix well.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and mix well.
  7. Refrigerate the glass bowl until the mixture is set.
  8. Serve chilled.
