Two large mangoes
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half cup of pure icing sugar
1 tablespoon of gelatin
¼ cup of hot water
300 ML thickened cream, whipped

Method:
- Wash, peel and chop mangoes into fine pieces.
- Blend the mango pieces along with icing sugar and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a glass bowl.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
- Mix the gelatin solution into the mango mixture. Mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream and mix well.
- Refrigerate the glass bowl until the mixture is set.
- Serve chilled.
