It is one of the quickest meal that any individual can prepare and eat. It is affordable and tastes great. Good when served with green salad.

Ingredients:
450 gms of linguine
½ cup of virgin olive oil
5 cloves of sliced garlic
1 pinch of dried chili pepper flakes
1/4th cup of flat leaf parsley
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
1/4th cup of grated cheese

Method:
- As linguine is readily available in the market, follow the preparation directions as prescribed on the cover.
- In a cooking pan, add olive oil and sauté sliced garlic. Stir well on medium flame and remove the garlic after they turn to golden brown.
- Add dry chili pepper flakes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add parsley and salt (to taste) and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine and sauté garlic and heat for another 1 minutes. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Sprinkle black pepper on the mixture before serving.
