Four fromage Pizza

The four fromage pizza is a great getaway recipe for people who wish to try something new and light. Filled with cheese, the recipe offers mouth watering taste and appearance.

Ingredients: 

2 rolled out pizza dough
400 gms - shredded Mozzarella
200 gms - shredded Monterey Jack
200 gms - shredded Asiago
100 gms - grated Pecorino Romano
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Method: 

  1. Preheat the microwave oven to 550 degrees. 
  2. Place the rolled out pizza dough into two separate pizza pans. 
  3. Mix mozzarella, Monterey jack and Asiago cheese in a bowl. 
  4. Distribute the cheese mixture evenly on both the pizza rounds. 
  5. Season the mixture with Pecorino and drizzle olive oil. 
  6. Bake the pizza dough in the oven for 8 minutes or until the crust turns brown and cheese melts.
