Ingredients:
250 grams - Cluster beans (Fine chopped and boiled)
3 tbsp - fresh grated coconut
A pinch of Turmetic Powder
Oil 1 tsp
Salt as needed
>> Spice Powder - these ingredients should be dry roasted and finely powdered
2 tsp - Urad dal
1 tsp - Dhania
3 - Red chillies
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and add the boiled chopped cluster beans, turmeric powder, salt needed.
- Saute for few minutes
- Next add the spice powder
- Finally add fresh grated cocunut
