Cluster Beans Poriyal

Cooking Time - 10 mins
Serves - 2

Ingredients:

250 grams - Cluster beans (Fine chopped and boiled)
3 tbsp - fresh grated coconut
A pinch of Turmetic Powder
Oil 1 tsp
Salt as needed

>> Spice Powder - these ingredients should be dry roasted and finely powdered

2 tsp - Urad dal
1 tsp - Dhania
3 - Red chillies

Method:
  1. In a pan heat oil and add the boiled chopped cluster beans, turmeric powder, salt needed.
  2. Saute for few minutes
  3. Next add the spice powder
  4. Finally add fresh grated cocunut
