Ingredients:
500 gms of Fusilli
½ cup of fresh olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4th cup of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
12 dried tomatoes
1 quart broccoli florets
1 1/4th cup of Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:
500 gms of Fusilli
½ cup of fresh olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4th cup of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
12 dried tomatoes
1 quart broccoli florets
1 1/4th cup of Parmesan cheese
Method:
- In a cooking pot, add fresh water, salt and pasta. Cook the pasta until it becomes al dente. Keep the flame on medium.
- In another non-stick saucepan, pour olive oil and heat over it over a high flame. Add salt and garlic in the oil. Stir well until garlic turns golden brown.
- Add dried tomatoes and thyme leaves to the mixture. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add broccoli and stir well.
- Drain the water from the pasta and add it to broccoli mixture. Stir well and simmer of a minute.
- Add I cup of Parmesan cheese. Stir well to mix well the entire mixture thoroughly.
- Serve the dish with fresh dusting of Parmesan cheese.
